Over seven days and six nights, we’ll gather on the sun-kissed shores of Nicaragua — surfing the ocean waves, basking in the warmth of the tropical sun, and flowing through practices of movement, ritual, and reflection. Each experience is designed to bring you back to yourself, to release what no longer serves, and to remember the natural rhythm that carries you forward.

At The River Inside, everything we offer is an invitation — never an obligation. Each experience is designed to help you soften, expand, and flow more deeply into yourself. You are always free to follow your own current, attending only what resonates with your soul.
Surf
The ocean is our greatest teacher in flow. During this season, the waves are especially gentle — perfect for beginners who wish to meet the sea with curiosity and ease. You’ll receive two guided lessons with local surf guides (two hours each), and boards are always available should you feel called to ride beyond the lessons.
Yoga & Embodied Practice
Guided by co-founder Jaclyn and guest facilitator Tori, our yoga and movement practices are a journey inward — not about performance, but presence. Each session is designed to reconnect you with your body’s rhythm, awaken your inner flow, and soften into deeper embodiment. Suitable for all levels, with props provided, every practice supports you exactly where you are.
Circles & Rituals
Together with Jaclyn and Tori, we’ll gather in sacred women’s circles to share, reflect, and remember the wisdom that lives within. Through guided rituals, journaling, and intentional space-holding, these circles become a wellspring of connection — to yourself, to each other, and to the river inside.
Food
Nourishment is a form of devotion. Each day, our chefs prepare fresh, vibrant meals that celebrate the abundance of the land. Meat, vegetarian, and vegan options are lovingly crafted, with care for any dietary needs. Three meals and wholesome snacks each day will leave you feeling replenished, radiant, and deeply cared for.

Tucked along the Nicaraguan coast, Hide and Seek Resort is a sanctuary where luxury meets nature. After a day of surfing waves and soaking in the sun, you’ll return to your private haven — greeted with nourishing meals, warm rain showers, and the embrace of a king-sized bed. Every detail invites you to soften, unwind, and flow effortlessly into deep rest, so you awaken refreshed and ready to meet the river inside.
Luxury meets comfort.
This modern yet cozy suite is fit for royalty. It is equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool at night, comfortable king size beds, hot rain showers for a truly luxurious experience, private ensuite bathroom, Netflix and wifi.
Shared Women’s Suite — $2,950
Five beautifully designed suits with capacity that varies between two to three women, creating space for connection, community, and sisterhood. Rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Room Option
We understand that this is an investment and we want to make this as accessible as possible for you. In order to secure your spot a $750 non-refundable deposit is required.
The rest of the payment can be paid either in full or in interest free monthly instalments.
Payment must be settled one month prior to retreat.
